South Lake Futures Launches Two New Micro-Loan Programs to Support Small Businesses in East Gwillimbury, Georgina, and Brock
KESWICK, ON — June 22, 2026 — South Lake Futures has officially launched two new targeted financing initiatives designed to drive economic growth and modernization across the region. The Community Capacity Fund (CCF) and the Equipment Upgrade Fund (EquipUp) provide accessible, flexible financing solutions to help small businesses and social enterprises invest in their long-term development.
Both programs offer streamlined lending with no application fees, a 6-year amortization structure (2-year term), and require two project quotes alongside a personal guarantee and promissory note. By lowering traditional barriers to capital, South Lake Futures aims to strengthen local business corridors and enhance operational capacity.
"Small businesses are the core of our communities, and these micro-loan programs are built to remove financial barriers so they can move forward with confidence," said Elsa Mateus, General Manager at South Lake Futures. "Whether it is refreshing a downtown storefront or upgrading essential machinery, we are providing the localized capital and support our entrepreneurs need to thrive."
