Mr. Russell is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honours BA in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in General Management, Sales and Marketing Management in the Telecom, Wireless and Data Industries. For the past 20 years, he has been a resident of East Gwillimbury and the Principal of Russell and Partners, a Management Consulting Company. He has also been an active volunteer in his Community.
